  • The talk that resulted from these notes found it's way into my WebLog at WebLog20040114. You might be best off reading it form there.

  • The question I posed in WebLog20040411 was retorical. Quite frankly I can't remember what the specifics where that made me think along those lines, but I know what the general idea was. Being in leadership, and concious of God's calling on my life to work for Him, I am often keenly aware of grace. Usually this is most evident when I am privileged enough to see some result of God's use of me in other people's lives.

  • I started the day off by sharing what I learned back in WebLog01042004? at WakeupCall this morning. How well did I do at not worying about my honor and worying about following my God instead? I found myself going back and forth all day. Minute by minute it was a struggle not to look out for myself!

  • Yes, this will be a little bit odd for a weblog. These are actually my notes for tonights CoffeeHouse talk typed out into a semi-readable form. I would write something else, but this is what has been on my mind today; well for that matter the last week. If you think you'll be offended by a what is basically a sermon stuck into my WebLog, you don't have to read it.

  • To everybody who is concerned about my WebLog being too much about "my religion", I'm sorry. Well not really. Fist of all, I am not making you read it. Second, as documented at the top of my PersonalHomePage, this site is designed and organized primarily for my own use. Anything you gain by reading it is purely a side effect and I make no warranty express or implied as to fitness for any particular purpose. This WebLog has been an extention of that and it is more of a journal than a typical blog. The most usefull things for me to re-read almost always relate to my relationship with my savior, JesusChrist.

  • Last week I voiced my [distaste for hyporcites|WebLog20040510]. Also in the past week I heard several YouthGroup? kids complain about how often they are branded as hypocryptes at school.

  • Ok so I got WebLog30 filled in starting from the 24th and ending with the 29th in WebLog31. In remembering all of the events of these days I am struck with how often we prayed together. I have only mentioned a few of the times and places, but basically there were groups doing nothing but praying wherever we went and whatever we did, as well as contant prayer by those activly working. We lifted up every individual person we spotted or had any interaction with and we covered our team with protection and guidance.

  • I found the little booklet that we used for devotionals durring this years MexicoCity campain. It has a lot of really random notes that I have gone back and filled in two days in WebLog30 and four days in WebLog31 that had stuff that didn't make it into what I already remembered.

  • Well, it looks like this is my first WebLog entry since August 29th in WebLog35, a cry of desperation now ten weeks ago. Although I do not even remember what prompted that entry, I can tell you that things have changed a little bit since then. With the help of a faithfull God I have been able to live less as a hypocrite and more as one set free in Christ.

  • Today was the opening day at TellurideMountain and my second day on a SnowBoard?. Unlike my first day at the end of last season (see WebLog09), my tailbone does not hurt and I have no major bruises. The lack of injury speaks more about the large amount of powder on the runs than it does about my (in)abilities.
